Hi Mia. Thanks for your latest blog. Very interesting and informative. The Royal wediing is ALLLLL over the TV, but I dont mind. I remember watching Princess Diana and Prince Charles's wedding almost 30 years ago. I was watching it with my mum and maybe Aunty Roz, I know there was at least one other person in the room in our little yellow house up north when I was nearly 5. I am keen to watch the wedding tomorrow night. I think its on at about 7:30 to just after midnight. I'll be watching that and the breakers game - Hopefully I will see you and Dad on TV? As you know, I cannot go, I just cannot handle the pressure - I will pull my hair out. Go the Breakers!!! Good on you for doing the 40-hour famine again. I will sponsor you. I will even join you. Will you help me do a page just as cool as yours? :)
ReplyDeleteHi Mia, I'm loving reading your blogs...they are really interesting and I think that you should keep up the great writing. You have really interesting things to blog about so that helps! About the basketball..the breakers made me really nervous but I knew that they had it in the bag because we are awesome. I hope that you continue to read lots of books about lots of different things non fiction and fiction because reading helps you to become a fantastic writer...i used to want to be a writer too but i stopped reading and then I forgot how to write aswell..so dont be like me. I know that you will make a fantastic journalist so dont forget me when you are rich and famous ok!
ReplyDeleteHi Miss Mia,
ReplyDeleteGreat to see someone with so much initiative. Its good to see that the net is used for more than just playing games like these fullas over here, aye Clevo..lol. Yes I hear the Breakers have been kicking some butt and I must admit Im pretty proud to wear my hoodie around Aussie at the moment! It must be nerve wrecking and intense sitting in the crowd watching the games live. You will have to tell your dad to buy season tickets now. I have been getting into watching the Warriors lately especially after beating the Storm on Anzac Day! I find the whole thing rather overwhelming really. I get happy, angry and all that. I should'nt really watch to be honest as I'm sure I get greyer by the second! I watched my first AFL game all the way through on Anzac day too, only coz Lachy wanted to and wouldnt leave me alone. Thats a big stepping stone for me - especially as no one else was home. A game goes for like 2 hours. So yea I kinda enjoyed it. Man they are fit thats for sure! Well keep up all the good work!!!! Will head over to your sponsor page sometime this week. Take Care!
Hi Miss Mia
ReplyDeleteWell it is always good to hear what you have been up to....I was so jelly when I heard that you guys were at the breakers final match...I so wanted to go...anyway all good I got to watch them in the comfort of my own whare!!! As for the royal wedding the lead up to it was getting a bit much but I must admit I did watch it after the basketball had finished....she looked stunning and man that choir....boy they could sing and that is what you call singing!!!! Anyway have an awesome week everyone!! Much Love!!
Rhanks for the inspiring comments And I LOVED the breakers andI think they did a great job!!I liked Kates dress but to be honest I think the wedding was a little bit boring hahahaha anyays Thanks again Love Mia :D
ReplyDeleteHey mia, i just found your blog. Good Job so far and keep up the good work!! Cheers Clevo.
ReplyDeleteKia ora Mia
ReplyDeleteWow! did you make this bog yourself? Very cool!
I am not a huge fan of the royals, but here in Australia, you couldn't avoid the hype! every t.v station had doco's etc on the royal family and the wedding. However, because of the support he gave the Christchurch community after the quake, I quite like William and being a romantic at heart, I watched the wedding. I thought Kate suited her dress. I thought it was very classy and understated. (is that an oxymoron?)
Uncle Ben and I have been waiting for the Breakers game to show on t.v so we can look to see you in the crowd. The atmosphere must have been fantastic! nothing like watching sports live!
keep the blogs coming, we enjoy reading them.
